Your ticket is saved to your Link Up account after purchase, with a QR code for entry. Keep it in your account and avoid sharing screenshots.
Ticket transfers are supported when the event and ticket status allow it. Once a transfer is completed, the original ticket should no longer be used for entry.
If an event is cancelled, eligible ticket payments are handled under the event refund policy. Card refunds can take up to 5 business days after processing.
